Our Process
for an All-Digital Tax Season
Step 1: Contact Us!
So you’ve been referred by one of our trusted partners or clients? We would love to hear from you! Whether you prefer to talk on the phone, via email, or want to setup a video conference, we have an option for every communication preference.
Step 2: Sign Your Engagement Letter & Submit Your Retainer
Now that we’ve had our introductions and decided that our partnership is an excellent fit, we can take care of the legalities. First an engagement letter is sent to your email address for review and digital signature then you will receive an invoice for the retainer discussed during our intital meeting. This is always a portion of the services that you request to be rendered and applies towards your final bill.
Step 3: Upload Documents to Your Client Portal
After we receive your signed engagement letter and your retainer, a portal will be created for you hosted by our secure cloud document storage system. You will then be able to upload any requested document like prior year tax returns and current year tax documentation. Signed copies of your engagement letter(s) and prior year tax return(s) will also be available here 24/7.
Step 4: We Prepare Your Return
After all requested information has been uploaded we will begin to prepare your return. We pride ourselves on both our efficiency and our throughness so as we review your information and prepare your return we will keep in contact with you via email and telephone to ask questions, clarify any details, or request missing information.
Step 5: Review Your Return & Sign Electronically
Once your tax return has been prepared it will be uploaded to our digital signature platform for your review and any necessary signatures.
Step 6: Finalized Return is Uploaded to Your Portal
Once all the signatures for your return have been captured, your tax return will be filed electronically and a copy uploaded to the client portal for your records.
Step 7: Pay Your Final Invoice
The final invoice for your services will be sent from our office digitally to the main contact email address on file. All invoices are due on receipt and can be paid via check, ACH Debit, or credit card (on request as fees may be added.)

Cindy Randolph, CPA, CGMA
Founder/Owner
Cindy has been a certified public accountant for almost thirty years during which time, she has gained experience in public accounting running her own firm as well as working with other CPA firms. Cindy knows what it means to be a busy professional, especially if you run your own business and is well versed in day to day business operations which is invaluable in delivering a stellar experience for her tax and consulting clients. Her clients appreciate her well-rounded approach and insightful recommendations.
In her spare time, Cindy enjoys travelling to explore the arts and culture of her destination. She is active in supporting local East Tennesse non-profits and enjoys membership in several professional networking groups.
Rachel Randolph
Head of Consulting
As a graduate of the University of Tennessee – Knoxville , Rachel earned her Bachelor’s in Anthropology (with a focus on culture and organizations) while gaining extensive experience in sociological research, fieldwork, and organizational leadership. She utilizes these skills to help professionals develop strategies and solutions to ensure the long-term goals of their organization as well as encourage the development of their organization’s individual micro-culture. Her consulting services benefit leaders through resource and fundraising analysis, action plan development, service diversification, and more.
Rachel enjoys travelling and being involved in community events. She can often be found volunteering for local East Tennessee non-profits or going on an impromptu road trip.
